Marley graduated from the University of Richmond, with a BSBA from the Robins School of Business and a minor in Leadership Studies from the Jepson School. She spent 12 years in finance, including time on the trading desk at Deutsche Bank to raising private equity investments for Aqueduct Capital Group. She has also held various consulting roles in human resources, hiring and workforce capital.

Recently, Marley has been President of two local non-profits – the Young Women’s League of New Canaan and New Canaan Community Preschool. She has held leadership roles at the New Canaan Community Foundation, New Canaan Newcomers, South School, Saxe Middle School, New Canaan Football Club, and New Canaan Lacrosse. She was previously a Board Member of the New Canaan Field Club and New Canaan Youth Field Hockey, and is currently a member of the New Canaan Parking Commission and a Board Member of the National Charity League.

Marley has been involved with the Community Foundation for over 6 years, most recently chairing the Volunteer Recognition Awards as well as the Annual Appeal and the Spring Luncheon in 2023. She is also a member of the Community Investments Committee and the Development Committee. She is excited about the energy of our community and looks forward to all the NCCF can do to support important initiatives in our area.
