Ross and his wife, Jane, moved to New Canaan in 2013.  Their son, Spencer, goes to East Elementary School, and their daughter, Lilly, is in pre-school.  Ross has been actively involved in the community, including as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels (a whole family experience) and as a little league coach.  At the NCCF, Ross has participated in the grant review process for four years and served on the scholarship committee for three years.  

Ross graduated from Colgate University in 2004 and then earned his law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2009.  After spending the first 9 years of his career as a litigator in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, first as an associate and then as a partner, in 2018 Ross became the Legal Director of Risk Settlements, a leader in providing comprehensive alternative litigation strategies.
